About Exquisite BBQ
The wonderful Exquisite Kitchen is the ultimate comfort kitchen on wheels, capable of serving an amazing variety of no nonsense classic dishes from their stunning food truck.
Founded by the brilliant chef Iustinian Busaga, Exquisite are a family-run business with over 15 years experience in hospitality and as you would imagine, have catered at just about any event you could imagine in that time. Weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, these guys have done it all!
Their signature dish is their delicious Angus Aberdeen beef burger, served on soft French brioche with salad, tomatoes, fried onion and relish. It's just as delicious as it sounds and will have your guests queueing up for seconds. Thankfully they won't have to queue for long as these guys can serve over 300 portions an hour!

Great quality, great communication
Justin was brilliant, from the start he listened to our needs and provided some excellent input to make the serving more inclusive for all of our staff. The food was brilliant, served quickly and everyone was delighted with the quality. Hope to see you soon.

The best of the best!
Exquisite BBQ was perfect. They were easy to communicate with, completely understanding when our location changed and arrived on time for our event.
Our event was for a primary school party and his manner with the children was incredible, we couldn’t be more grateful. He was patient with our children and fair and we would absolutely recommend him to everyone.
The food was also delicious - fresh and hot and made to order.
We will definitely be requesting to book again next year. Thank you!
Fantastic food & great service
Good communication, very professional service. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Our guests were pleased. There were portions leftover and they were boxed up and left with us so we had our moneys worth :-) Very nice people too, would recommend.
