Griffett Catering provides a creative, fun and modern alternative to conventional catering.

We aim to deliver a unique and innovative food experience. No matter what style of food you would like, Griffett Catering will provide a top quality experience working within the client’s budget.

The team is highly creative and will go above and beyond to design the menu that you are looking for. From initial enquiry through to the event itself, you can expect a highly professional yet comfortable and friendly experience.

Whether we are cooking for a small dinner party, a corporate event or an intimate wedding, our attention to detail and passion for delivering a great experience remains top of the agenda.

Chris Griffett heads up our team. When he was 16 years old, Chris began his formal training at the Birmingham College of Food and led the Great British National Junior Cooking Team to a bronze medal in the World Cooking Championships.

After many years working in acclaimed restaurants in Britain and the USA, Chris turned to private cooking and catering, working for high profile clients and enjoying the chance to cook in France, Switzerland, Spain and Austria. More recently Chris has hosted pop-up restaurants and worked for leading catering companies in London.

The ingredients we use are responsibly sourced and we view sustainability as of the utmost importance. Wherever possible we use local and independent producers in order to support the local economy.

We put as much thought into selecting our suppliers as we do into creating our menus so if you have any specific requirements such as organic, no GMO's, raw foods, vegan or speciality diets please get in touch for more information.

We are based in Bristol but are happy to work within the surrounding area including Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Warminster, Shepton Mallet and Taunton. If you’re outside this area then please get in touch and we will see what we can do to help.

Exceeded expectations!

What a fantastic experience! Chris was great to deal with liaising up to the event and during! We had to amend the menu a few times and he was really accommodating and not once did I feel like I was being a nuisance. Invoicing was clear and deposit and balance payments advised of. The food was just beautiful!! It was a surprise for my mother in law and he ensured he turned up after she had left. He turned up on time and it was just very calm and relaxed. He served each dish for us and explained very clearly each course. He answered all our questions and spoke about the preparation however he didn’t intrude on the night at all. The kitchen was left spotless as well. I would most definitely use Griffey catering again!
