For us to provide a custom quote for our services and products, we require the following information to ensure we give the best possible price.
Event date and time you would like us to be set up by along with the length of time you require the service for, estimated guest count, indoor or outdoor event and any food allergies/specific dietary requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly I would suggest you check the company's details, see if they are registered with companies house and carry public liability insurance- there are many " cowboy companies" who are neither registered nor insured and this can put you and your guests at risk. Any reputable company will have no qualms about giving over their company number and a copy of their public liability insurance. I would also suggest asking them about allergies and how they can meet any needs you may have in accordance with Natashas Law.
I would also ask to see certification of their machines having passed a PAT test, this ensures they are safe to use and would not pose a risk to you or your guests at an event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started this business thinking of it as more of a hobby at the time, being a carer for my disabled wife and son I had to quit work and became rather bored, so I decided to do a little something that would keep me busy and the kids happy ( what kids don't like sweets!!)
So we started out small just doing a few things for friends and family, word spread and soon we became a registered business selling to our local community and we have just grown from there.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Where to start! So we joined Add to Event a while back, but never really looked at the emails or requests. Then this summer (2022) we decided to get some credits and try it. Within the first week or so we had already booked 2 events, We provided a sweet cart fully decorated for a spectacular wedding, everyone really enjoyed the cart and sweets provided, especially as we could meet their dietary needs for allergies. These 2 events soon turned into another and another and we even have bookings for next spring and summer too!!
I have already recommended you to a friend of mine who has already made a booking or 2 through Add to Event and is very happy with it. We can't wait to see how much this site will help our business grow over the next year.
