What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide you with a comprehensive quote we will need to know the event date, a brief description of the type of event, estimated number of guests, times you would want service, venue address and postcode, access to water and a hook up (extension lead). Once we have your details we can put together a quote and suggestions on making your event as special for you as possible.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to hire experienced providers who know their business well and can offer you what you want without a problem. We provide an extensive menu and are happy to cater to your needs and can be very flexible which I think is important for the customer.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Little Van Rouge is based in Somerset and we offer our services in the South West. Little Van Rouge is a Citroen vintage 1956 catering van which I am very passionate about. Having restored her over 2 years and created a crepe business that offers great service delicious crepes as well as offering a coffee bar is the best job ever. Helping brides create that special day for their guests to offering a bar at a festival is very rewarding.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Add to Event has given me a huge amount of business which comes in all different shapes and sizes. I couldn't recommend it more as it works so well for me and has helped friends who have set up their own businesses to use this amazing platform as it is a great tool for running a business. From wedding guests to breakfasts for cyclists down to 4 day festivals is what we do and I've even offered champagne at a funeral wake from Little Van Rouge. Celebrity wedding guests have been able to enjoy Little Van Rouge as well as staff who enjoy this business as much as me .
