If you could kindly let me know the number of guests you are looking to feed, the venue and time you would like us to begin serving it would be most helpful. With this I can then give you a quote and we can together design a menu to suit your needs. I understand it's not always as easy to confirm exact numbers straight away so I'm fully flexible with this.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would encourage customers to ask as many questions as possible! Good vendors will have nothing to hide and be happy to share details of where produce is sourced from. Ask about similar sized events they have hosted and get an understanding for the time needed to cater for your guests.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Whilst studying at university I worked in a fish and chip shop and loved it! Myself and my wife then got married abroad and found catering to be such a nightmare! So I decided once we got back to cancel the honeymoon and buy a fish and chip van instead! We love making customers special events that little bit more special!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Our Add to Event experience has been fantastic! One event that springs to mind is a last minute wedding booking in December! The customer had been let down by another vendor and needed somebody asap! We stepped in and hosted 100 guests for traditional fish and chips, homemade mushy marrow fat peas and homemade sauces. The reviews were amazing and the couple even had some pictures in our van! It was a brilliant wedding!
