What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We can offer an accurate quotation to our potential customers once we know the date, the number of guests, the specific dishes required, the location of the event together with the kind of service our customer requires from us including how our customers want the food to be laid out or perhaps the type of equipment requested.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would ask the same questions I would expect my potential customers to ask me about the kind of food I make detailing ingredients, ingredients source and the origin of the dishes I produce. In my opinion, buying food is a particularly trustworthy act considering the importance that food has in our lives. For this reason, there are no limits to the questions people should feel free to ask and expect honest and competent answers. Nothing less than this.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Maria Lara's fresh pasta was created to give authenticity and a true "Cucina" Italian warmth to our dishes and our service. The experience we offer wants to be the same as an Italian family hosting friends over for our best and most genuine food. Ingredients are keys to our dishes and presentation is also extremely important to us. Maria Lara's fresh pasta is a boutique kitchen with all the heart of whom loves food and wants to carry on mamma's true food/kitchen spirit. Food is love and love is food!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have had two bookings via this platform so far and hope to have much more in the future. This platform allows me to find customers who can be just around the corner from my kitchen like it happened in my last booking. The possibility of selecting the area I would like to cover is also very helpful giving me the opportunity to offer the best service possible.
