What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For me to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally I need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event you are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and a potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, I can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable quote for your event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask if the magician you are hiring is a full time professional with years of experience as this can make or break your event. See if the magician can perform, close up magic & cabaret as well as mind reading and pickpocketing. Also, see if they are members of a professional organisation like The Magic Circle, and to what level they have achieved.
