Hillbilly's Grill Shack is a family-run business which provides a mix of Mexican and South American flavours in their mobile, fully outfitted cooking trailer. They can also provide customised menus for both public and private events such as weddings and parties throughout the West Midlands.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For Hillbilly's Grill Shack to give an accurate quote, we need to know the date of the event and what theme the event is eg: wedding, birthday, corporate event etc. We need to know if the event is indoors or
outdoors and if we need to be self-sufficient or is there a power supply available.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find out what food they require for an event firstly eg: is it Mexican street food they need or classic buffet
style food? Do they need traditional style service at a wedding or a more casual style festival
approach? All these details are important for us to deliver the right style package to the client.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We are both foodies and have been cooking Tex Mex food for years and as street food is becoming
more popular each year we thought that we would set up our own street food catering company. After
2 years of customizing our trailer we are now trading from Hillbilly's Grill Shack up and down England
at all sorts of events.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We were booked at the last minute for a Gin festival last year which worked out really well.
The client had advertised it last minute as the in-house catering had let them down.
We turned up and provided food all day for members of the Gin club with a mix of Tex Mex food and
handmade burgers which went down very well. Everybody had a great day in the end and we were
added to the clients contact list for future reference. We would recommend Add to Event to people
