What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we require the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and location and name of the venue, and whether it's an indoor or outdoor event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ask the provider whether they have public liability insurance, their experience in providing a bar service, whether there are any hidden costs and pricing.

We created The Inn Box out of our desire to provide a first class bar and coffee experience to our customers whether they be corporate, bride & groom or those just throwing a party. Our links to the customer service sector and passion for delivering excellence is at the heart of everything we do.

This is a great platform for generating bookings and interest in the services we provide. One of our favourite bookings was a family wedding on a farm. A great location, great people and fantastic fun.
