Since introducing the concept of exclusive mobile bars to the Westcountry in 2013 it's been our unique business model to offer our premium service for FREE! As true event people, we've never seen weddings as a cash cow or a means to early retirement. Instead, we thrive on being part of, and enhancing, the experience of our customers and their guests!
Providing you're expecting at least 100 guests we'll offer you FREE hire! That means it won't cost you a penny to have us come along and set up a comprehensive bar service at your special event. Providing we're the sole supplier of alcohol on the day we're likely to make our money through the sale of our perfectly served drinks and therefore why should there be a cost to you? As event people, we have the knowledge, experience and imagination to create something truly unique for your event!
Whether you're looking for an 'all weather' option within the marquee/village hall/barn or a converted vehicle outside we have a solution. Furthermore, we'll tailor our bar service to you and your guests. You'll never be expected to choose from package 1, 2 or 3!!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In recent years we've seen a rise in competition from 'hobby' bar providers. We've seen people that have converted vehicles and built bars in their shed at home! We love enterprise but your special occasion will come but once! We love what we do but it's hard work! It takes serious planning, time and organisation to deliver something special and efficient on the day! This isn't a hobby for us it's our full-time line of work! So please make sure you choose someone with experience, dedication and the time to give you their undivided attention!
Does your provider serve in glassware? If it's your wedding, plastic just won't cut it!
Does your provider own their own equipment to deliver what they've promised on your big day? We own all of ours so we're not reliant on a third party!
Do you 'click' with your bar provider? They'll be the first to arrive and the last to leave on your big day! So make sure you get on with them! Hopefully, by your big day, we'll be best of friends and a comforting friendly face! We don't want to be in your face but let's make this a little personal!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
In 2013 we were asked to cater for a wedding by someone who attended one of the larger festival bars(3000+). We quickly explained that we 'don't do' wedding bars. Anyway, the person persisted as she wanted a festival style wedding. Well, we love a challenge and something new so we reluctantly agreed! We thought about what we would want from a wedding bar and gave it our all. It went really well and we pulled it off! Of course, we went back to festival bars. We then had another wedding bar enquiry from a guest that attended the previous wedding. 'Oh no,' I replied; 'We don't do wedding bars'. "Yes you do," she said, "you did my friends wedding!" "Oh right," I said!!! I guess the rest is history. So we've allocated one business partner to give our weddings the attention they deserve and the other focuses on large public events! We've now delivered hundreds of wedding bars and as you can imagine we've perfected it. That said we're not complacent and we know that every event is unique. So you can count us to put 110% in. We'll promise you the world... and we'll definitely deliver it!
