What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, potential venue, facilities available to us (kitchen, bar area etc), if there is power and water available and of course what the budget is. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.

Always look at their website and social media, as well as their reviews. Don't be afraid to ask questions!

We were hired to provide an outside bar and canapes to an anniversary party at a local historic house and gardens. The client was extremely happy, and the owners of the property were so impressed we now work alongside them to organise weddings and parties at the property!
