For us to provide a quote and the best service on the day, we need the date, what event type it is (we don't charge extra for any type), the location of the event and if it is indoor or outdoor.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It always helps in advance to know the types of music you want and don't want for the night. Any DJ worth their weight will be able to tailor the music to the crowd to keep everyone entertained through the night.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Supersonic Sounds started with our founder Mathew Hutton alongside Damian Bayly. Mat was an aircraft engineer by trade but always had a love for music. Started back in the early 00s Mat grew the company to the point he couldn't cover all the work by himself. Damian (current owner) has now taken over the running and is still the main DJ for all events but with the ability to call on 5 other DJs to help cover during the busy periods.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

So far we have used Add to Event for a couple of years now to supplement our longstanding clients. Everything from kids' birthday parties to weddings and theme nights we have booked and received fantastic feedback from all the clients we've helped over the years.
