What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

All we require to provide a quotation is the event location, event date and the required hire start time together with the number of hours required. Once we have this information we can advise the client regarding our availability and provide an accurate price with no hidden charges. Any additional information such as running order and timings for the event also helps to prevent any issues on the day.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend that a customer looking for photo booth hire should check out any reviews that the supplier has had from previous events that they have hosted. It really does give confidence during the decision making process. I would also urge them not to make their decision on price alone. Whilst we recognise that price is an important consideration for customers when planning an event you should bear in mind that not all photo booths were born equal.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

One event that really stands out was our first booking through Add to Event. We were invited to host the grand opening of Kingsmere care home in London. It was a sunny day and the residents had so much fun taking photos with their families. The day was so uplifting and positive and so many happy memories were created. Lunch was laid on for everyone, a choir sang, the band played and a "special guest" stole the show when she arrived to cut the ribbon for the official opening.
