Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

My photographic love developed unexpectedly and through a small bet with my Mother’s brother in 2006. He had bought a DVD whilst holidaying in Rhodes, jokingly I mentioned that I could do a better job for the money and so a bet was waged. I spent over £2000 on equipment and went to Malta to produce a DVD of the Maltese Islands.
The photographic DVD took three months to compile and produce and I actually sold over 10,000 copies. I also acquired a wealth of photographic experience, post-production & video editing. I stayed on in Malta for a couple of years as a second photographic shooter covering weddings, events and studio work. 

And if you were wondering about the bet? It was just 50 pence.

I love what I do and I put every last drop on me into my photo sessions and it doesn’t stop once the photo-shoot is over. Because photography never feels like work, even when I’m up late into the night, editing, designing and attending to 101 other things that need completing.
