The Chef Touch has a simple mission, fresh food, cooked at your home with a personalised menu, supply all the ingredients necessary for the menu, cook and serve and clean the kitchen at the end! What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For me to provide a more accurate quote I require:
- the date for the event to check availability.
- the number of people that I need to cater for.
- if there is any budget in mind in order to quote for that budget if possible.
- the full address
- the list of dietary requirements.
All quotes are discussed with the customer in order to meet their needs.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You don't need to worry about equipment.
I will try to adapt all the menus to your needs.
If you have something specific in mind let me know so I can confirm it with you.
Don't worry about the kitchen I only need a working hob and oven and very basic pots and pans.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started the business almost 2 years ago.
The idea was to supply good quality food and service to people without the need to leave home.
This is a very unique service that wants to not only provide good food but also deliver a unique experience.
