What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For me to provide you with a comprehensive quote, I need to know numbers, event date, location, what you are looking for and a realistic budget to work with. Site visits can be arranged. This may be subject to a small hourly charge.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There is no such thing as too many questions, so please ask away. I will help you decide on a balanced menu, catering for all dietary requirements, but maintaining an interesting and bespoke menu.
I also come with a great team of professional waiting staff and cocktail waiters.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started catering in 1990 for a large cosmetics company. This inspired me into a full-time career working with companies, individuals and at every level.
In 2002 I moved to New York and cooked with a large events company catering weddings and fashion shows.
I have worked as a chef to many private clients both in the UK and abroad.
I am passionate about delivering fabulous and beautiful food and evolving with the times!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

The most exciting event I have worked on recently was a retro 1970s birthday party in Greenwich for 90. I created a menu which encompassed all the 'trendy' food of that era. The client and I worked together on the theme, the look of the venue, presentation and the overall WOW of the evening. Feedback on the night and subsequently was hugely complimentary. I love working with Add to Event and meeting varied and interesting clients.
