What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Ideally, I need to know the event, the location (a specific venue is even better!) and what kind of event it is. If it is a wedding, details about the length, the style and what you want from your wedding photography are really useful. Once I know all this, I can know if I'm the right kind of photographer for you and provide a quote which covers all your questions.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have a think about what kind of photographer you are after. Do you like someone who takes more traditional, posed shots? Or would you like a more informal approach, with natural, candid moments? Think about what style suits you best and what kind of photographer you think you would click with.

Queen Bea Photography is a business I set up after years of pursuing photography as a hobby and wanting to start doing something I was passionate about as a career. I love photography, I love people, and I love love! So photographing weddings is something I really enjoy.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I shot a lovely wedding in the summer that I booked through Add to Event. It was a small affair in West London, with lots of family and laughter. I really enjoyed it. I would recommend this platform to others as a great way of finding events to quote on - there is always such a great variety!
