Coupe was set up by author, poet and cocktail specialist, Seki Lynch. Inspired by the classics, Seki learnt his craft working for the prestigious Soho House Group. Seki went on to manage literary haunt and Soho member’s club, The Society Club. Whilst here, he wrote his first book on the history of drinks, Ten Drinks that Changed the World.
Seki has shaken up cocktails for guests at a wedding in the south of France, been invited to judge a baiju competition in China and taught masterclasses at Google’s head offices.
