Our signature bite-size fluffy pancakes are lovingly made using ingredients sourced within 20 mile radius of Marlow, and slowly risen for an exquisite texture and flavour. A small selection of delicious fresh toppings will be available. Alongside, Speciality Coffee that truly stands out. Our beans have an authentic ethical story. We have invested in our equipment and skills to get the most out of this wonderful product. We also serve a selection of organic teas and very indulgent hot chocolate.

Our trailer is a converted vintage Rice horse-box. It has attractive neutral aesthetics, with quality fittings and equipment.

Please be aware we require a 32amp electric supply to operate.

We typically serve our coffee and pancakes at festivals and fairs, farmers markets, private events and weddings. We are set up for serving 50-200 per day, although at larger events with crowds we have a larger capacity set-up, we can push to serving 300 per day.
