Hi I'm Andrew from Point Proven!

We provide fresh 10-inch Neapolitan Pizzas and dough balls made from our wood-fired oven. We bring all of our equipment by trailer and then work out of our 3m x 3m gazebo. We don't need access to electricity as our lighting is wireless, and as said before, our oven is wood-fired. We do need, however, to be outside. Each pizza takes roughly 2/3 minutes to make from the ball of fresh dough to the final product ready to be eaten!
