A professional chef with over 15 years experience in some of the areas best restaurants. I created "The Little Fizz And Nibble Co" after working in outside catering and noticing I was being hired to do canapés/nibbles for corporate events and another company was hired to serve the drinks in their own eye catching way.
The Little Fizz And Nibble Co can be hired for just drinks, just food, or both. Depending on the size of your event we can either serve Prosecco on draught or from a bottle for a smaller intimate event. Other drinks can also be provided.
We are not only limited to small "Nibbles". We can provide everything from hog roasts, BBQ's, cheese boards and Charcuterie. Whatever you fancy, just try us and more than likely it will be possible

Best BBQ Ever
It was a pleasure to work with Matt and his team. Matt created the perfect American style BBQ menu and the food was cooked to perfection. Matt has everything he needed for a seamless set up. Him and his team showed up promptly, looked professional and cleared up without a fuss. The team were super efficient and never had anything to worry about. We can’t thank them enough for helping make our wedding celebration that much more incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough.
