Making your own fermented foods is one of the best and simplest things you can do to improve your health - and it's less expensive and complicated than you might think!
I've designed an intensive yet simple workshop that takes you through all the steps involved in making your very own fermented food and drinks. I've been running this workshop for 11 years and taught hundreds of people the art of fermentation. All of my fermentation recipes and processes stem from either family recipes that were passed down by my german mother or traditional fermentation recipes that I have perfected through years of experience.
At the workshop you will learn how to make:
