What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
As I offer bespoke buffet options I can only give an accurate quote if options are chosen straight away and also the number of guests.
I can offer an approx quote, which can be amended right up to the week before the event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Think about how flexible the menu choices are specifically with dietary requirements. How do you know the menus and dietary needs are met and will be correct?
All of our options are freshly prepared and with 2 members of staff being gluten intolerance and diabetic we have vast knowledge.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I opened my company after being in catering for 30+ years and 10 of those providing buffets. I realised that when people ordered buffets they were being told what items they had to have. I believe everyone has a choice which is what I have offered.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I have had a few bookings from Add to Event. Ranging from afternoon tea to canapés to 2 course Christmas lunches.
