What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The location, the occasion and the amount of guests you estimate to be there are all vital pieces of information for us to know. What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a provider that is willing to go that extra mile - nothing should be too much if it's going to make your event that extra bit special! Have a question? Ask away! It's better to know exactly how your supplier works so everything runs smoothly on the day. Be clear on the costs, ensure there are no extra fees on top and tell the supplier what your budget is.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Bellini Event Bars started 6 years ago and our first event was a running a V.I.P bar at T in the Park. The company then went into a different direction when we bought a city centre cocktail bar. We successfully ran that bar for 6 years, creating amazing drinks, employing incredible staff and giving customers an amazing place to party in an amazing atmosphere. In January 2017, after selling the bar, we focused right back on our events, quickly securing fantastic and interesting jobs for 2017, 2018 and 2019! We love being able to travel across the UK, always being somewhere different and most importantly, making your events that extra bit special!

If I had to pick one booking it would be an awards ceremony we recently did the bar for, we created an amazing bespoke menu, created some delicious welcome drinks and our bar looked perfect! The client and his guests completely fell in love with the theatrics of cocktail making and couldn't get enough of the fresh fruity drinks!
