For a comprehensive quote we would need the date of the event, the number of people attending, the venue details, any specific dietry requirements and the times you would like us. From this we can use our experience to put together a suitable equipment list and unit choice. We can also provide a bespoke service.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would advise any customer looking to hire a provider in the area to research the provider. Check their social media and website details. If it is possible to meet them face to face arrange a meeting. Ask about their event history and menu. If you require a quick turn around or for high volume events enquire if they have enough staff and equipment to deal with your request.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Adoro Caffe was started because we love coffee. When we looked further into the coffee industry we quickly discovered that their were alot of loop holes and coffee companies that didn't have the knowledge of where their coffee came from or supply chain. There are still alot of children working on coffee farms and unfair wages. We wanted to ensure our farmers get a fair wage, fair treatment and that the children are going to school. We keep our supply chain small and work direct with our farmers.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had a number of events through Add to Event. One booking led to a long term contract to provide coffee to a well known house builder at the launch of their new estates, another for a wedding of coffee lovers, and another led to a farm using us for a number of their events.
