What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Hi ya, we would like to know how many people you are expecting at your event. What sort of event it is for example cinema night, car show. What is the potential cost of being at the event? Then we can plan for your event accordingly and decide if we would fit your requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would be considering the type of coffee supplier do you want a van/trike/cart. What do you want it to look like at your event does it fit in with the theme. I would also be asking what type of products they do have on their menus.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started the business as we are passionate about serving good coffee and tea! We enjoy socialising with different people at events and the settings that they are in. The events we go to are so diverse and we get to share lots of different experiences with different people.
