What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We need to know which letters or numbers you require for your event. We will also need to know the venue name and address, the event date and the setup and collection times. From this, we are able to produce a fully comprehensive quotation for you. This quotation will cover all aspects of the hire, to ensure our product is faultless during your event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would need to know the letters or numbers required. From this, we can offer standard white or coloured light options. Depending on the event, we can find out if they require the letters to colour change to the music. We would also ask where they require them to be set up, to ensure maximum coverage but also all safety is adhered to.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Elite LED Letters was setup as a new business venture, by myself, Gill. I run the business solely, and provide only the best quality and safest products in the marketplace! If the product doesn’t meet my extremely high standards, then it doesn’t enter my range. Along with side letters and numbers, I also offer and other LED products, like heart message boards, 8ft heart arches to name a couple. I can also supply LED dance floors for events!
