What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For Edin-Burgers to provide the best burger experience for you and your customers, ideally we need to know the date, a brief explanation of the type of event, and an estimation of numbers expected. We would like to know the venue, it's facilities (if any). Whether it's an indoor or outdoor event and for how long we can operate for.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What is it you wish us to provide? Do you have specific requirements? What experience are you looking to provide your customers? Make sure your providers knows all of these things for best results!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Having spent my entire career in the hospitality industry I understand quality and service. Edin-Burgers was born out of my desire to provide a quality street food version of everyone's favourite food. I wanted to bring this experience to a variety of venues, events and locations.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
So far Edin-Burgers has had various positive bookings through Add to Event. One recently was for a medieval re-enactment event in St Andrew's town center. We fed participants, spectators, locals and tourists on the day. With the sights and sounds of swords & shields clashing, the great aromas created by Edin-Burgers it was a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend Add To Event to all other street food traders at events I am at. Add to Event is still growing I want to do my part to promote the platform.
