"We'd had really good dialogue about the menu prior to our weekend dinner party - difficult choices for picky teenagers turned out not to be a problem for Chef Silvestre. He arrived exactly on time. Brought ALL their own equipment plus fresh ingredients. Prepared EVERYTHING in situ. Silvestre happy to talk whilst working which was a bonus. Food choices worked supremely well. Nicely presented. Liked that he described the food to us. Highly attentive throughout. The desserts left us full ... happy ... and content. No small feat for a noisy family "do". And the icing on the cake? Everything cleaned up. Dishwasher loaded. Kitchen pristine again. So all told - a BIG shout out for Silvestre"

"I wanted to book a private chef to celebrate my wifeâs birthday and to cook for our group of ten who were staying in a holiday cottage. The first chef I booked many months in advance let me down at the last minute. Panic stations set in as I started my search again less than 2 weeks before the event. But within 24 hours I found ByMolly who were an excellent find. I canât fault their service and communication throughout and the meal they served up was wonderful and enjoyed by everyone. Molly and Charlotte only set up their business during the first Covid lockdown and they have a great future ahead of them. I would certainly book them again."
