What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a full and detailed quote to a customer, I would like to know the date of the event, the location of the event, the length of hire and the type of event. If they are able at the outset to give an indication of the length of the hire, this would also be extremely helpful. Once I have received this information, I can provide a more comprehensive quotation.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise the customer to fully research the provider they were interested in, check reviews, websites and to check detailed information on the services they provide. Also, don't automatically assume the more expensive the service the better quality, as this is often not the case.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started our photo booth business after attending a family function where a photo booth was present. Firstly, we found the photo booth attendant not to be very friendly/helpful and the quality of the output was not the best either. As I am a photographer and from an IT background, I researched the product/services and am sure our customers agree our output is fantastic.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
