We provide venue dressing and equipment hire for all types of events including weddings, birthday parties, Christenings, 1st Birthdays, Christmas parties, Bar Mitzvah’s, Asian weddings, product Launches, award ceremonies, corporate events, corporate fun days and more. We have over a decade of experience in the events industry and have gained a reputation for providing quality services at an affordable price. We provide everything from equipment hire for meetings etc right through to full setups but our forte is venue transformations!

Mike was an excellent DJ and all-round top bloke.
Mike’s communication before the event was excellent as was Jeanette’s. Nothing was too much trouble and some late changes seemed to cause them no worry. On the night, Mike’s cheerful demeanour and all-round helpfulness meant that the one thing we didn’t have to worry about was the music. I would recommend Mike and Jeanette without hesitation. The dance floor was packed all night. Thanks guys!

It was so great to have these guys at the event. They really added to the atmosphere of the event village and provided a popular service with our runners. Definitely would recommended these guys to anyone wanting to add value to their event.

Jeanette, Mike and their team are wonderful. Nothing was too much to ask, they arrived in plenty of time to set up, supplied everything we’d requested and ensured all our guests were well fed and ‘watered’. Their converted horse box servery ‘Rock the Kazbar’ is beautiful and added a touch of charm to our event. Moreover the food choices were great!
Delicious ice cream
We hired busy bee's ice cream cart for an anniversary party, and weren't disappointed. The ice cream was delicious, and everyone went back for more!
Fantastic little catering van and lovely staff
Went above and beyond to help make our event successful. They brought along a fabulous little trailer with a good selection of food to suit our venue.
Fantastic people, service and products!
Our event was a corporate naming ceremony for a new freight ferry and Busy Bee events catered for us perfectly. We opted for their horse box trailer which served hot and cold drinks, pastries and cakes. Then we also had a sweet cart. We set the brief that the theme of the event was Great Britain and they tailored their services perfectly to this with both the sweet cart and trailer being covered in union jack flags and other patriotic accessories. This showed me that they really went the extra mile to make our event what it was. The quality of the products were also great with a lot of the produce being consumed by our guests. Jeanette and her partner were both lovely people and I highly recommend their services. I will be using them again!
Booked for a charity event on Easter Monday
I would just like to say how absolutely amazing Busy Bee Events were for our event! We held a charity event in aid of a local charity and Busy Bee Events were amazing right from the initial communication all the way through to on the day.
I would highly recommend this couple, they clearly have a passion for what they do and the range that they offer is second to none. They are extremely friendly, approachable and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
