We are the first UK street food trader to successfully take the parmo on tour. The dish is an institution on Teesside and its popularity is spreading like wildfire across the country. Our parmos consist of butterflied, fried chicken, topped with our own special bechamel sauce and cheese.
At most events, we serve our food in freshly baked brioche buns with slaw to make them easier to eat. Many people tell us we've created the best chicken burger they've ever eaten.
We use high-grade Yorkshire chicken, prep every portion by hand and cook everything from scratch.
The parma, its Aussie cousin, offers a little taste of home for our friends from down under. We swap out the bechamel sauce for a tangy stove-top tomato sauce, add a slice of ham and top it with a blend of white cheeses. We also cater for vegetarians and our Eggplant Parm Burger has developed quite a following in its own right.
