We cater for weddings (usually evening), local location catering, Halloween, firework and festive events, fairs and festivals with high footfall.
We offer a full breakfast menu and use only quality butchers produce.
Lunch can be hot or cold with our made to order sandwiches, jacket potatoes and gourmet burgers.
We serve Italian Melitta coffee and a premium selection of high end cakes.

We provide the match day catering for Crawley Town FC and Brighton & Hove Albion WFC.
We have a variety of clients and have experience at corporate events, food festivals, Christmas markets, weddings and parties.

Excellent service!
Good communication, good time keeping, excellent food, very friendly and reliable. We're very please at our parish council with the service from Sizzle for our DD community Event.

Practically perfect in every way
Justine was a dream to deal with and was so understanding leading up to the day (it was a complicated event). This is the true definition of a family business. Their american airstream trailer is stunning and served everything we could ask for. Lawrence and Toby on the truck were so friendly and great to chat with. Honestly, we can’t recommend Sizzle enough for your events! They elevated our football tournament offering to another level. We already asked them back for next year.
