About Stoked Feasts
A celebration of farming, food and fire. Stoked Feasts was born in 2016 as the catering arm of Wild by Nature Meats out of a passion for bringing people together around great tasting food. Led by the seasons and Kissed by the fire, our food is about doing away with the pretence and offering honest but innovative cooking that everyone can enjoy.
Simple, bold flavours and the very best local produce are what we are all about. We rear and butcher all of the meat that we use on our farm as well as producing our own charcuterie. Most of our main dishes are designed to be served family style on big sharing dishes, we find this is a great way for people to feel involved and start the conversation flowing.
Chef Jake Townley trained with The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and went on to work with some culinary greats such as Nathan Outlaw in London and Rene Redzepi at Noma in Copenhagen (No.1 Restaurant in the world at the time). Having grown up in the Black Mountains he felt compelled to return to the family farm and put his own stamp on the local food scene.
We can host events either in our restored oak framed barn with adjoining wood-fired kitchen or are happy to bring our kitchen to you.
