We offer American Smoked BBQ style food, our menu sure has something for everyone !! Whether you want our signature Mac and cheese loaded with our 18hr Hickory smoked meats or something different with a Brisket, cheese and onion donut ! We have you covered.

We also offer vegan/vegetarian options such as pulled Jackfruit and Halloumi and Red Pepper, and we can even offer gluten free options if requested beforehand.

Our trailer is small and completely mobile, we can cater to any event!!
