About The Pony Espresso Coffee
The Pony Espresso Coffee and Crepes Co are a welcome addition to any event. Friendly baristas serving freshly roasted and ground coffee and Crepes from our extremely well presented classic horsebox conversion.
We are silent, no noisy generator to annoy the guests !!
Apart from serving our legendary fresh roasted coffee and Crepes we also serve teas, hot chocolates, milkshakes, cakes, and flapjacks, etc and we are very reasonably priced.
We are registered with the local authorities and have once again been awarded a 5 star hygiene rating. We have public liability insurance for £5 million, are Premium members of NCASS and are DBS checked for children’s events. Our trailer holds a current gas certificate and is immaculately clean and well maintained.
We’re are true Baristas who want to serve the perfect, smooth coffee which you just will not get from big chains. We use Fair trade or Rain forest alliance coffee and biodegradable cups for our coffee and biodegradable packaging for our Crepes.
We are completely self-sufficient bringing everything we need including water and power. We cater for any size events.
We will leave our immediate site as clean and tidy as we found it !!

Really great service
The presentation of the horse box was superb, the time taken with each customer could not have been better, nothing was too much trouble in providing the right drink for each person, the quality of the drinks were great, what more can I say- will be definitely asking Dean back to our next show- Thanks for coming Dean.
Event cancelled due to bad weather.
Unfortunately we had to cancel the event due to bad weather. Pony Espresso have been helpful and communicative in the process so I hope we can use them in the future, when it stops raining!
